How we can work together:

You want your body to feel genuinely well — physically, energetically, and emotionally. Not just “fine” on paper.

I use functional nutrition and a personalized, whole‑body approach to help you:

  • Balance hormones

  • Prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy (naturally or IVF)

  • Support thyroid function and metabolic health

  • Improve energy, mood, sleep, and digestion

We’ll use nutrition as the foundation while simultaneously supporting other areas essential to fertility and hormonal health, such as sleep, digestion, nervous system balance, and movement that supports (not stresses) your body — all without restrictive diets or perfectionism.

“All your labs are all normal” they said. But you couldn't shake the certainty that feeling this bad couldn’t be normal.

If your symptoms have been dismissed by healthcare providers, know this:

  1. Your symptoms are not in your head. What you feel is real and valid, no matter how many times doctors say otherwise.

  2. You know your body best. If something feels off, trust your intuition. The next step? A practitioner who truly listens and addresses root causes.

  3. Don’t settle for feeling mediocre. Feeling unwell may be normalized, but you're meant to feel energized, vibrant, magnetic, and peaceful.

  4. You hold immense power over your health. It's just a matter of channeling that energy effectively, and that's where I come in <3

FAQ

What is functional nutrition, and how is it different from regular nutrition advice?
Functional nutrition focuses on understanding and addressing the root causes of your health concerns, rather than just treating symptoms or following one-size-fits-all diet advice. It considers your unique biology, lifestyle, and needs to create a personalized approach that supports your overall well-being and long-term health.

How long do people usually work with you?
Most of my clients work with me for 3–6 months. This gives us time to implement meaningful changes, build consistency, and support deeper healing — not just quick fixes. Some stay longer if they’re navigating more complex health challenges or moving through different chapters — like getting their period back, balancing hormones, preparing for pregnancy, and then continuing through pregnancy itself.

What’s the difference between 1:1 coaching and the course?
The course gives you my foundational framework and tools to implement on your own. 1:1 coaching adds individualized assessment, lab guidance, supplements, recipes, and ongoing support tailored to your body, goals, and life.

Do I need to have a diagnosis to work with you?

Not at all. Many of my clients are navigating subtle but frustrating symptoms like low energy, sleep issues, or irregular cycles, without a clear diagnosis. My role is to help uncover the why behind how you’re feeling and support your body in rebalancing, whether or not there’s a formal label.

Do you work with clients who aren’t balancing hormones?
Technically, many common health challenges—such as stress, metabolism, weight, and period issues—are connected to hormones in some way. These might not always be sex hormones but can include stress hormones or those that regulate metabolism and blood sugar—all key players in overall health!

Do you work with couples preparing for pregnancy?
Yes! Male preconception health has a significant influence on the health of the pregnancy and the baby so I love when I’m able to work with both partners. Some choose a few drop-in sessions, while others work with me as closely as the mother-to-be.

Do you work with men?
I do! While my practice focuses on hormones, preconception and metabolism, my expertise is in supporting the human body—male or female. Men most often come to me for help with digestive issues, poor energy and focus, insomnia, weight management, and inflammation.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
I offer virtual sessions, allowing me to work with clients regardless of where they live. This flexibility makes it easy to receive personalized nutrition and wellness guidance from the comfort of your own home.

Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately no, nutrition is not typically covered by insurance.
