How long will it take me to complete the course? Ultimately this is up to you! BEGIN is designed as a four week course with one module releasing each week, but you may go through the course at your own pace.

How long will I have access to the course? Once enrolled you will have lifetime access. As the course material grows and evolves, you will be grandfathered in — even if the price changes.

Do you offer refunds? Because this is an information-based, downloadable product, the course is yours once purchased.


What’s covered in the course?

Week 1: Setting the Foundation

This week we set the foundation for achieving success in the course. We focus on how to create sustainable, long-lasting change because the only diet that works is the one that lasts. We discuss diet-culture, limiting beliefs, why diets fail, and how to create internal motivation. We'll also take a few steps with our diet to kickstart feeling well.

Week 2: Nourishing with Food

This week begins our journey of nutrition. We learn what foods are the focus of a healthful diet and a simple to follow blueprint for creating healthy meals. We also dive into protein and healthy fats, how different foods affect hunger hormones, how to read labels, and how to enjoy food like pizza and pasta in a way that is more supportive for your body.

Week 3: Balancing Blood Sugar

This week we focus on how to eat for consistent energy, improved mental clarity, groundedness, balanced weight, and long-term health. We cover how blood sugar works, why it’s essential to physical and mental health, how to balance it. We also learn how to eat carbohydrates without causing blood sugar issues, and the best blood sugar hacks to keep in your back pocket. Balancing blood sugar is the secret to feeling well when it comes to diet. You’re going to love how this week makes you feel.

Week 4: Joy and Mindfulness

Our final week is about cultivating more joy and mindfulness in our lives with nutrition and lifestyle practices. We cover mindful eating, emotional eating, how to eat out, building a morning routine, intuitive movement, intentionally seeking joy, and how to become more resilient to stress. There’s also a 7-day meal plan that shows you what it can look like to eat in a realistic, balanced way, where there’s both nourishing meals and the occasional night out with pizza and wine.

At the end of each module there are Weekly Intentions. These are suggested steps to take for the week and offer you a clear path forward in your health journey.


But is this really for me?

BEGIN is a clear blueprint for how to eat for health — if you’re tired of the misinformation about diets and trying to eat healthy but not really feeling well, I think you’ll love this course. BEGIN focuses on supporting your biology with evidence based methods. It covers the most foundational pillars of nutrition that applies to essentially everyone, whether you have burnout, hypothyroidism, endometriosis, PCOS, hormone imbalances… or you’re just someone interested in optimizing how you feel in your body. That’s why this course is called BEGIN. What’s covered in the course is what I go through with 90% of my 1:1 clients before we layer in specific protocols, herbs and supplements for their specific health condition, because those things hardly matter if you don’t have a strong foundation. BEGIN also incorporates some lifestyle practices and mindset shifts that I’ve found to be essential to living more healthy, grounded and happy lives.

If you want to know how to actually eat healthy, you have an interest in personal growth, and you resonate with my energy, I think you will be really happy with this course. If not, then I’m not for you and that’s okay. It’s just as important to me that we are a match as it is to you.

Who is this not for?

BEGIN is not for those looking for a quick fix, those not ready to make changes to their diet, or those with untreated digestive disorders like Crohn’s disease or SIBO. The knowledge in this course applies to those with digestive issues but if you haven’t been treated for your condition and you can’t digest most vegetables, you need additional support to heal. It would be best for these individuals to work work with me privately.
